    With the rapid development of social economy and the continuous expansion of urban scale, harmful & toxic substances produced from living and production process discharged into the river, lakes, sea and other water environment increase the complexity of water environment with new requirements for on-line analytical technology.

    Traditional on-line analytical technology has the problems of slow analysis, serious cross-contamination, high consumption of water & reagents, high maintenance frequency, low automation and intelligence and insufficient batch analysis. In order to solve the shortcomings of the traditional on-line analysis technology, we are the first to used automatic discrete chemical analyzer technology for on-line monitoring in water quality and successful launch the automatic on-line discrete chemical analyzer.

    Automatic on-line chemical analysis technology is to deliver water sample to sample cell through the sampling pump. Water sample and chemical reagents are added to the cuvette for mix and reaction by the injection arm. After the reaction is completed, it is to perform the optical test with high realization of automatic, intelligent and batch analysis of on-line measurement.

 

Technical advantages:

u Excellent batch analysis, cost-effective. More than 8 parameters can be analyzed in one analyzer.

u Extend other analysis methods without increasing the instrument configuration.

u Long maintenance interval, using a new generation of micro-sampling technology, low reagent consumption with not more than 0.45ml of reagent consumption for each sample,    reducing instrument maintenance frequency.

u Low cross-contamination, adopting direct-reading discrete colorimetric technique. Each sample corresponds to a cuvette where the reaction is completed directly for colorimetric analysis. Combined with highly intelligent cuvette-cleaning station, reducing the sample memory effect.

u High safety factor, factory equipped waste liquid sensing and collecting system and sealed waste collection device to prevent the leakage and volatile of toxic and hazardous chemicals to ensure the safety of the operator, and to utmost avoid the secondary pollution to analyzer house.
